Former India skipper Rahul Dravid’s son Samit starred for his Karnataka team in the Cooch Behar Trophy, scoring a brilliant knock of 98 runs.
Samit’s video of hitting some technical shots during the game has been doing the rounds on the internet. His cover drives in the video has every fan in nostalgia with many of them recalling the playing style of ‘The Wall’.
Samit;s knock took his side to an impressive innings and 130-run win against Jammu and Kashmir. on December 20.
It was as if his batting exploits weren’t enough for fans to rejoice, Samit also starred with the ball.

He took 3 scalps to his name which helped his side advance in the tournament.
Team India head coach Rahul Dravid oversaw a lethal Indian cricket team in the ODI World Cup 2023 which eventually ended with the team finishing as runners-up after a defeat to Australia in the final.
Dravid will now be looking forward to India’s Test series against South Africa and will hope that the visitors can get Team India their first-ever Test series win against The Proteas away from home.
Rahul Dravid and his coaching staff has recently been provided with contract renewals after the former Indian captain’s contract with the BCCI had ended post the Cricket World Cup.
