Indian batting legend Virat Kohli, along with his wife actress Anushka Sharma, recently met with the spiritual guru Premanand Ji Maharaj at his ashram, Shri Hit Radha Keli Kunj in Varah Ghat, located in the city of Vrindavan. A video from the meeting has gone viral on social media platforms, showing the interaction between the Indian batting legend and his actress wife with the spiritual guru. The video, uploaded on the official handle of Bhajan Marg on the social media giant Instagram, depicts the spiritual guru telling the Indian batting legend and his wife that they must consider their work as sevice to the God.

This was the third time the couple has visited Vrindavan in 2025, after recently returning to India from the UK last week. Kohli and his wife Anushka, along with their children Vamika and Akaay, had also visited Vrindivan in January for seeking blessings. Both of them had also met Premanand Ji Maharaj after Kohli’s departure from Test cricket in May last year.
Though Kohli has taken an exit from tests, yet he has continued to be involved in ODIs, also known as One-Day Internationals, and has also taken part in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Former India captain Kohli will be playing for Delhi in the forthcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy when it kicks off from December 24, though he will be playing in limited outings.

The 37-year-old had returned to the UK after India’s three-match series against South Africa, which concluded on December 6. Kohli and his wife, Anushka, have been staying back in the UK with their kids for the past few months now. While Virat is likely to join the Indian contingent once again for a three-match series against New Zealand, scheduled on January 11.
