Australia has historically dominated ICC events with the most trophies, Indian cricket is often hailed as the backbone of the sport in recent years. For the last two decades, India has made tremendous strides by constantly challenging Australia and the other cricketing giants at every front.
The BCCI has been at the center of all this growth, and innovations such as the Indian Premier League have helped the board to create one of the world’s best franchise-based T20 leagues.
The Australians were asked about the BCCI, they had no complaints whatsoever. In a social media video, several Australian players were challenged to define the BCCI, the ICC, and Indian cricket in one word each, and some wonderful responses ensued. Travis Head and Steve Smith were especially interesting, but Smith started with one judgment before calling it “a joke”.
