Suryavanshi’s ‘Record-Breaking’ Carnage
Vaibhav made the first day of the tournament a historic occurrence on December 24, 2025, in the match between Bihar and Arunachal Pradesh.
He broke the record for hitting the fastest 150 in List A cricket with an incredible feat of reaching the mark in just 59 balls (breaking the previous record of 64 balls held by AB de Villiers).
He also achieved this milestone of hitting a hundred in only 36 balls, which is only second to an Indian player’s fastest mark of 34 balls. He achieved this feat at the age of 14 years and 272 days, becoming the youngest person ever to achieve a hundred in List A cricket for a male side.
