The struggles for India have deepened as in the contest between Yashasvi Jaiswal and Mitchell Starc, the star Aussie pacer has definitely overpowered him. In the first Test Yashasvi Jaiswal made a comment and said to Starc that the ball was coming “Too Slow” but since then he has failed to tackle him. In the first Test Jaiswal impressed with his maiden century in Perth, but in the second Test he was seen struggling to play against Starc.
In the third Test at Gabba, the Aussies set a massive target of 445 and Indian bowlers were seen to struggle in picking wickets. On the other side centuries by Travis Head and Steve Smith powered Australia towards this massive total.

It is also extremely important to see that Mitchell Starc has now dismissed Yashasvi Jaiswal three times in the 1st innings of all the 3 Tests. Hence, it is clear that the young Indian opener is struggling to not just score runs but also save his wicket from the storm named Starc.

In the 1st innings of 1st Test, Jaiswal was dismissed for a duck, in the 1st innings of 2nd Test he was again dismissed for a duck and now in the 1st innings of 3rd Test he was dismissed at a mere score of 4. What’s ironic is that all the three dismissals in first innings were done by Starc.
