New Delhi: India star batter Virat Kohli struggled with form for a long time in last two years but his comeback has left the world stunned. Virat Kohli registered his excellent performance in Asia Cup 2022 when he hit his maiden shortest formant century.

Ever since, Kohli has been unstoppable. In the four fixture of T20 World 2022 so far, Kohli has hit three half-centuries. Not only that, he went on to break the record of most runs by any players in T20 World Cup matches.

Earlier, Sri Lanka cricket legend Mahela Jayawardena was the highest scorer with 1,016 runs and Virat Kohli surpassed him while playing against Bangladesh in Adelaide. India batter now has 1065 runs registers under his name.
