Sunrisers Hyderabad opener Abhishek Sharma smashed a record-breaking century against Punjab Kings which left everyone shell-shocked. He became the sixth-fastest batter to smash a ton in the history of IPL.
After the century, Yuvraj Singh took no time and applauded his knock and mentioned how it was a “treat to watch” both Sharma and Travis Head play together.

Yuvraj Singh applauded Abhishek Sharma’s maturity to take singles at the score of 98 and 99, and praised his knock of 141 runs. Going further he praised Travis Head and his opening partnership with Sharma. Yuvraj also wished Shreyas Iyer for his great knock.
Abhishek Sharma brought his century in Yuzvendra Chahal’s over and he celebrated the century by showing a note in which “This one is for Orange Army” was written. In post-match presentation Abhishek even credited Yuvraj Singh and Suryakumar Yadav for constantly being in touch with him and motivating him.
