There was a huge heated altercation between Bangladesh bowler Tanzim Hasan Sakib and all-rounder Mohammad Nawaz from Pakistan during the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). The fight turned physical when the match between Sylhet Strikers and Khulna Tigers was going on. During the second innings of the match when Khulna Tigers were chasing the target of 183, Tanzim dismissed Nawaz in the 17th over as he picked his wicket with a slower delivery after Nawaz sent it directly to the third man.
Mohammad Nawaz was dismissed at the score of 33 (18) when Khulna Tigers were at 130/6 in 16.1 overs.

However, tensions escalated immediately after the dismissal. Tanzim exchanged words with Nawaz in what appeared to be a heated send-off, and the two players bumped into each other in an aggressive manner. The situation quickly intensified, forcing the umpires and other players to step in and separate the duo, bringing the situation under control.
