In the World Cup, Pakistan only managed to pick three points from seven matches and all of them were abandoned matches. They could not win a single match on their own. All of Pakistan’s matches were played at the R. Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, where conditions, as well as form, eluded them.

Pakistan lost to Harmanpreet Kaur led team India by 88 runs during the competition, and also lost to Bangladesh, Australia, as well as South Africa, rounding off a campaign that the team will want to quickly move past.
