IPL 2023: In the first qualifier of IPL 2023, Chennai Super Kings defeated Gujarat Titans by 15 runs. Batting first, Chennai had set a target of 173 runs in 20 overs, in response Gujarat Titans was reduced to 157 runs.

Chennai Super Kings captain MS Dhoni, who made it to the final for the 10th time, gave a big reaction after the match.

During the post-match presentation, when Dhoni was asked whether CSK is winning the 5th title. To this, he said that ‘IPL is so big that it is just another final. Earlier there used to be 8 top teams, now it is 10. I wouldn’t say it’s just another final. This is 2 months of hard work. Everyone has contributed.

The middle order hasn’t got enough chances. GT is a great team and they’ve got a great following, so thought I’d take them in. But it was good to lose the toss, said Dhoni

Regarding the pitch of Chepauk, MS said that ‘If Jaddu gets such conditions that help him. It is very difficult to hit him in such conditions. Even today, his bowling changed the game and his partnership with Moeen should not be forgotten.

We try to create an atmosphere and find out what is the strength of a fast bowler. We try to give them confidence and tell them ‘Please try to explore your bowling’. We try to motivate them as much as possible.
