Axar to Atkinson, out Bowled
Batting second or batting first didn’t matter, India have outplayed England yet again and this time by a whopping 142 runs to make it 3-0. England have not just lost, they have been really poor with bat, ball and strategy. Today they did things right for a fair bit. They won the toss and rightly bowled with history heavily favouring chasing teams here. They started well with the ball but couldn’t contain Gill and Virat after the powerplay. Rashid was a lone warrior while the most went the distance. They conceded a 350+ total but with their audacious ability with the bat, no total was safe at this venue. An injured Duckett was enough to get them off to a flier and Salt flayed the bat around like he usually does. It was yet another great start from the openers, but it was yet another collapse in the middle overs. Banton was a refreshing sight althought it was short-lived. Few of them got starts but didn’t carry on. Atkinson had a bit of fun with the bat to stretch it past 200. Losing 7 wickets for just 67 runs is never going to help!
Hardik Pandya to Mark Wood, out Caught by Shreyas Iyer!! Short and wide, Wood slaps it hard, hits it pretty well. Does look good on TV but shame he hit it straight to hand at deep cover

A short of length ball and some width on offer, Buttler looks to cash in. He tries to slash it through point but doesn't move his feet much. The ball keeps a bit low and an inside edge is induced which deflects back onto the stumps. India right on top now.
Kuldeep Yadav to Brook, SIX, that's a clean strike! Was another googly, Brook steps out of the crease, comes close to the pitch of the ball and smashes it against the spin over long-on for a maximum. He has had his troubles against quality spin in this series but he is looking positive tonight

Axar to Root, out Bowled!! Axar strikes and he has a beaming smile on his face! It's the important wicket of Root as well! Was the in-drifter from round the wicket and the length was full outside off. Root leans ahead to drive it through covers but only manages to get an inside edge which crashes into the stumps. He misjudged the drift and played down the wrong line as he expected some away turn. England losing their way a bit.
Kuldeep Yadav to Tom Banton, out Caught by Rahul!! Tom Banton has been caught behind but he opts to take the review. Was the googly that was bowled slow through the air and on a length on middle. Tom Banton leaned ahead to counter it and might have got a nick. Rahul fumbled in the first attempt but took the catch second time and threw the ball up in the air in celebration. Was a yorker length ball that tailed in from middle, Rahul tried to play it across but got beaten on the inside edge to get hit on the back leg. UltraEdge shows a gap between bat and ball. Over to ball-tracking and it returns three reds - it would have gone onto crash into the leg-stump. A good cameo from Rahul.

He gets good inward drift on this one as he bowls it slow through the air and draws Hardik forward. He lunges to keep it out but the ball pitches and turns square to beat Hardik on the outside edge and crashes into middle and off. That's a leg-spinner's dream delivery. Shades of Sharne Warne in that one.
Atkinson to Rahul, FOUR, well played! A short of length ball and width on offer, Rahul waits for it and plays a cracking cut shot through the backward point region to find the fence
Adil Rashid to Shreyas Iyer, out Caught by Phil Salt!! A soft dismissal! Slow through the air and turning down leg, Shreyas Iyer could have left it alone but decides to glance.
