Glenn Maxwell Praises Jasprit Bumrah
Maxwell has nothing but praise for Bumrah, and that’s more than mere appreciation. Analyzing the skills of Bumrah, he boldly predicted that the Indian pacer would leave an indelible mark on the game. Having played against Bumrah in international matches and the Indian Premier League (IPL), Maxwell noticed that he has been dismissed by Bumrah seven times in 15 innings—almost half the encounters.

“I think Bumrah probably going to go down as the best all-format bowler of all time,” said Maxwell, in a video shared by ESPNcricinfo.
“I think he’s the best bowler I have faced,” Maxwell added.
Jasprit Bumrah’s Tricky Bowling
“His release point, because he releases it from so far out in front of himself, almost feels like he can change where he’s bowling right at the last moment. Unbelievable slow ball, great yorker, has the ability to swing it both ways; he’s got a brilliant wrist, and he’s got a good sniff. It feels like he’s got all the tricks of a really good fast bowler,” continued Maxwell.
Team India will be playing the most prestigious Border-Gavaskar Trophy starting November 22, and Jasprit Bumrah will be playing a significant role in helping India win. Maxwell is not going to be spotted on the opposite side though, as he is no more a part of Australia’s Test plans.
