Melbourne: T20 World Cup 2022 has come to its and the most awaited clash of finale is here. England will fight against Pakistan in the summit clash to get the hands on the T20 World Cup trophy but there are chances that rain plays spoil sport in MCG.

T20 World Cup Finals: Weather Forecast

The game of finale between England and Pakistan is set to start at 1:30 PM IST. Weather Reports are showing that there are high chances of showers in Melbourne. The The Bureau of Meteorology in its forecast said, “Cloudy. Very high (near 100%) chance of showers developing during the late morning and afternoon. The chance of a thunderstorm, possibly severe. Winds northerly 25 to 35 km/h tending north to northwesterly 15 to 20 km/h in the evening then becoming light in the late evening.”

Who will win if rain plays spoilsport?

If rain interrupts the game, then it will be carried forward to the reserve day i.e. tomorrow. ICC increased the time for the game by 1.5 hours and if the game is not over even in that frame, it will be continued next day. Making changes in the alloted time for Reserve Day, ICC has allowed 4 hours instead of 2.
