In the ongoing first Test against England, India’s vice-captain Rishabh Pant was seen visibly frustrated and found himself in heated exchanged with the umpire on Day 3 at Leeds. In the first session, Pant expressed concerns over the condition of the ball and walked up to the umpire and requested an inspection.
The umpire took the ball and checked it using a standard gauge but denied to change it saying it was within acceptable parameters. Following which Pant lost his cool and threw the ball in anger after he made several requests to umpire but he kept on denying.
