Strikers Post Competitive Total
Batting first, North Delhi Strikers came back from a stuttering start to reach a fighting 193/6 in 20 overs. The innings was supported by Vaibhav Kandpal, who scored a smooth knock of 73 off 40 balls, balancing calculated risks with clean striking.
He was well-supported by Arjun Rapria (33 off 19), while Gagan Vats added late pressure with a short but explosive cameo – 18 off only 4 balls. But they still fell a little short of crossing the 200-run mark.
Siddhant Sharma Leads The Bowling Charge
For Warriors, Siddhant Sharma made significant contributions with the ball, picking up 3 for 24 from his four overs. His timely strikes interrupted partnerships and denied the Strikers their chance to make maximum out of the death overs.
Warriors’ Chase Off To A Shaky Start
Pursuing 194, the Warriors lost their opener Sanat Sangwan early to Harshit Rana, who bowled him for a duck. But the early jolt didn’t upset their strategy for long.
Arya and Drall Counterattack in Style
Priyansh Arya and Rishabh Drall joined together to stabilize the innings and mount a counterattack. The duo scored 67 runs for the second wicket, turning the game back in favor of the Warriors. Drall scored a good 38 from 25 balls in a vital supporting role before being caught out.
