Delhi Vs Railways, Ranji Trophy: Virat Kohli’s Comeback A Big Blockbuster, Day 2 Registers Record-Breaking Viewership

In 23 Ranji appearances Virat has accumulated 1,547 runs which includes five centuries.

Virat Kohli made a comeback after 13 years in Ranji Trophy and fans turned out in huge numbers to watch him play. On the first day there were long queues stretching upto 2kms as fans lined up from 3am to watch their favourite cricketer.

Record Breaking Viewership For Delhi Vs Railways Match

Not just this JioCinema recorded huge viewership, as more than 1 crore people tuned in to watch Virat Kohli. This is the first time that a Ranji Trophy match has gained such viewership.

Fans Come In Huge Numbers To Watch Virat Kohli On Day 2

The situation was no different on Day 2, Arun Jaitley Stadium saw huge number of people gather to just catch a glimpse of star cricketer Virat Kohli.

Virat Kohli made his Ranji Trophy debut in November 2006 against Tamil Nadu and he last played against Uttar Pradesh in November 2012. In 23 Ranji appearances Virat has accumulated 1,547 runs which includes five centuries. It is also important to note that since his Test debut in 2011, Virat Kohli has played only one domestic first-class match.
