Ronaldo continued with his stellar form, scoring Al Nassr’s third of the evening. Ronaldo headed in from a few yards out, taking his total to eight in seven games in this year’s Champions League Elite, a single behind joint leading scorers Riyad Mahrez, Salem Al-Dawsari, Anderson, and Jasir Asani.

Yokohama, the runners-up last year and recently having let go of former-England assistant coach Steve Holland, struggled all through. Just minutes later, Otavio launched a quick break and fed Mane, who lashed a low shot past Park at the near post to double the lead. Ronaldo led a swift counter attack and Park initially saved the first attempt, but Duran was on hand to fire in the rebound and make it 4-0.
