Cricket Australia Central Contracts 2025: The Australia Cricket Board announced it’s central contract for the tenure of 2025-26. There have been some retentions from previous contract and some new faces have been revealed.

Sam Konstas Name Included
The dashing young Australian opener, Sam Konstas has been included in the new central contract. Konstas who showed his glimpse in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 where he smacked Indian bowlers especially Jasprit Bumrah all over the ground.
âSam is a promising cricketer who will continue to develop in first-class cricket and international matches,â Selection chief George Bailey said.
New Bowling Line-up Revealed
Bowlers with the likes of all-rounder Beau Webster and Matt Kuhnemann have been rewarded in this year’s contract.
âMatt (Kuhnemann) was magnificent for us in Sri Lanka. Beau provides us stability with the bat and ball”.
Return Of Green And Marsh
The contract also includes Cameron Green and Mitchell Marsh. Both all-rounders are returning back into the list after recovering from injuries.
“The comeback of Cameron Green and Mitch Marsh will lead to healthy competition for places in the World Test Championship and West Indies tour.”
Surprising Names Missing
With the likes of Aaron Hardie, Sean Abbott, and Todd Murphy haven’t been included in the list. Whereas even Big hitters like Tim David and Marcus Stoinis have been excluded.
