CPL 2024: A match was played between St. Lucia and Guyana Amazon in the Caribbean Premier League 2024. In this match, there was a heated argument between Lucia and RCB fast bowlers Alzarri Joseph and Shimron Hetmyer. However, on the very next ball, Hetmyer gave a befitting reply to Alzarri Joseph by hitting a huge six, the video of which went viral on social media.

Hetmyer-Joseph In The Heat!

Alzarri lost his temper in the match played between St. Lucia and Guyana Amazon. During the 9th over, Joseph stared at Hetmyer and threw towards him. While Hetmyer was standing inside the crease. However, Hetmyer remained silent at that time and decided to reply with his bat. On the very next ball, Hetmyer gave a befitting reply to Joseph by hitting a six. This incident happened when Hetmyer’s team needed 9 runs to win in 67 balls. Now the video of this incident has become a topic of discussion on social media.

Match Scenario

Faf du Plessis-led St Lucia batted first in this match and scored 100 runs in 14.3 overs. No batsman from the team could play a big innings. Matthew Ford scored the most runs. He scored 31 runs in 21 balls. Chasing the target, Guyana Amazon won the match in just 10 overs.

For Guyana, Tim Robinson scored 33 runs in 20 balls and Rahmanullah Gurbaz played a brilliant innings of 47 runs in 19 balls. Apart from him, Shimron Hetmyer scored 8 runs in 3 balls and won the match for Guyana.
