On the fifth ball of the first innings in the AUS vs PAK 3rd T20I 2024, Shaheen Shah Afridi bowled a fullish length delivery on the fifth ball of the first over in the second innings. The ball took the edge of McGurk's bat and went towards the off side. At the end, Jehandad Khan gave a big chase towards the ball and dived to save a boundary. The Pakistani team registered a first-innings score of 117 runs while batting first wherein Babar Azam ended up playing an innings of 41 runs from 28 balls. However, no other batter stayed at the crease for long and the wickets kept on tumbling from the other end. The Australian team chased down the target with ease by losing only three wickets wherein Marcus Stoinis played a match decisive knock of 61* runs.
