“This is madness. I was just wondering what had happened. The referee turned to me, and for a moment, I thought he was saying I won. But then he said, ‘Your nose is broken.’ I didn’t understand anything. I’m not angry. I’m not furious. It’s that kind of frustration where all you can do is laugh.”
“I turned to the referee and asked, ‘Are you joking?’ But obviously, he wasn’t. He told me I needed immediate medical attention. My nose is really in bad shape.”
