Champions Trophy: The 2025-edition of the Champions Trophy is ready to commence from February 19 where all top-8 teams are ready to battle out for the coveted trophy.
In recent times, Pakistan is facing continuous problems regarding the Champions Trophy. The UAE government is not giving visas to Pakistani citizens. Despite this, Pakistan has been forced to organize India’s matches under the hybrid model in Dubai.

PCB Taking Initiative To Help Out!
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is taking proper measures to ensure Pakistani fans possessing Champions Trophy Pak-India February 23 match tickets to get the UAE visas.
According to the sources, Some of the fans who possess tickets for Pak-India matches have approached the PCB to help them out in getting timely UAE visas. “Yes, we will try to help them out as they are genuine visitors and have in possession the valid tickets for the match. India-Pakistan match has always been one of the most interesting and the one that attracts millions around the world.
We are trying to help these fans as well as others who have some kind of duties to perform during the Pak-India match.
It is a very important occasion and all those holding tickets or accreditation cards should be entertained and provided with the visa,” said a PCB official.
Same Problem Happened In 2023 World Cup
It is not for the first time this issue happened, during the ODI World Cup hosted by India in October 2023, visas for the Pakistan team were subject to delays while Pakistani fans and journalists were effectively barred from the tournament completely.
