The selection meeting is still ongoing, causing a slight delay in the press conference. Team India captain Rohit Sharma and BCCI chief selector Ajit Agarkar have already arrived.
India will kick off their Champions Trophy campaign on February 20, taking on Bangladesh at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. They will then face arch-rivals Pakistan in an exciting encounter on February 23, followed by their final group-stage match against New Zealand on March 2, all at the same venue.
Having won the Champions Trophy twice, India finished as runners-up in the last edition of the tournament in 2017.
