Champions Trophy 2025: Team India’s star bowler Jasprit Bumrah will not be seen in the Champions Trophy 2025. After Bumrah’s absence, a big statement from Team India coach Gautam Gambhir has come out. He admitted that Bumrah will definitely be missed in this tournament, because he is a world class bowler. However, Gambhir has named the bowler whose return he is happy with. Gambhir believes that this bowler will fill the void of Bumrah and will prove to be effective for Team India in the Champions Trophy.

Gambhir said that in the absence of Bumrah, young fast bowlers like Harshit Rana and Arshdeep Singh have got a chance to prove themselves. He said that these young players can make a significant contribution to the team. Gambhir said, ‘Harshit Rana has performed brilliantly throughout the series. At the same time, Arshdeep Singh has also played well for the team earlier. Both of them will try to fill the void of Bumrah.’
Gautam Gambhir On Mohammed Shami
Gautam Gambhir is sad about Bumrah’s exit from the tournament, although he has high hopes from Mohammed Shami.
