New Delhi: The England international, Jordan Henderson has been seriously thinking about the offer to Saudi Pro League’s club Al-Ettifaq. The Liverpool’s captain will leave Anfield after lucrative wage of £700,000 per week by the Knights of Ad-Dahna.
Henderson agrees Al-Ettifaq’s deal
According to Fabrizio Romano, Italian journalist, Jordan Henderson has accepted Al Ettifaq proposal. There is a verbal agreement in principle. Contract agreed. Deal now depends on Liverpool and Al Ettifaq discussing on the fee, no chance to let him leave for free.
The 33-year-old midfielder spoke to Klopp today and there’s green light. Henderson, who has two years left on his Anfield deal, is now waiting on a fee to be agreed with Liverpool.
Klopp has signed Alexis Mac Allister from Brighton and Hungary star Dominik Sbozoszlai to bolster his midfield this summer. He also played Alexander-Arnold in the middle of the park towards the end of last season.

Henderson to reunite Liverpool’s teammate Steven Gerrard
It seemed like his time at the Anfield will come to an end after Saudi’s boos Steven Gerrard offered handsome salary. Steven Gerrard, Henderson’s former Liverpool team-mate, was appointed last week as Al Ettifaq’s new manager and has played a key role building up the career of the 33-year-old.
Quadruple wage offer
According to media report, Henderson has been offered an lucrative wage of £700,000 per week by the Knights of Ad-Dahna. That would quadruple his current salary, with Liverpool paying him around £190,000 per week.
