Australia Wins The First T20I By 29 Runs
In the first T20I, Mohammad Rizwan won the toss and opted to bowl first. Despite a rain-curtailed match, Australia managed to score 93 runs from just seven overs. Pakistan struggled to keep up with the required run rate and, despite efforts from some lower-order players, could only reach 64/9 in their allotted seven overs, falling short by 29 runs.
With the series on the line, Pakistan will be aiming for a strong performance in the second T20I to level the series at 1-1.
