In an interview with a television, Shahid Afridi suggested Virat Kohli to retire from the international cricket on high before he start getting dropped from the team.

“He is a champion and I believe there comes a stage when you are headed towards retirement. But in that scenario, the aim should be to go out on a high,” Shahid Afridi said.

“It shouldn’t reach a stage where you are dropped from the team and instead when you are at your peak. It seldom happens though,” he had added.

Amit Mishra mocks Shahid Afridi

Reacting to his comment, Indian cricketer Amit Mishra mocked him and said that some people retire only once.

“Dear Afridi, some people retire only once so please spare Virat Kohli from all this,” he wrote on twitter.
