New Delhi: Christian Pulisic has arrived Italy ahead of his £20million move from Chelsea. The USA captain and ‘Captain America’ as his fans fondly call him, who joined Chelsea for £58m from German outfit Borussia Dortmund back in 2019, has started new chapter with Rossoneri.
Pulisic lands in Italy for medicals
The 24-year-old winger, who landed in Milan for his medicals and to complete his four year deal on Wednesday morning, posted the video on social media and said, ‘Hi, AC Milan supporters, Christian Pulisic here. I’ve just arrived in Milan. I’m so excited to be here and can’t wait to get started.’
It will be reunion between the Winger and ormer Blues team-mates Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who joined Milan after almost two decades at Chelsea in a £15m deal last month.
Pulisic enjoyed his best year at Chelsea during his debut season back in 2019-20, netting nine goals in 25 Premier League appearances, but ultimately failed to kick on and become a regular first team player.

Why AC Milan is perfect for Pulisic
AC Milan’s 4-2-3-1 formation is perfect for Christian Pulisic, because it give him three different spot to play and the way Milan play is also important. Milan’s approach is aggressive, they want ball as soon as they loose it.
Pulisic has played 60 times for the United States, scoring 25 goals. The Pennsylvania native helped the squad reach the last 16 at last year’s World Cup in Qatar.
Is Pulisic really upgrade for Milan or promotional reasons
Christian is a controversial signing. While fans believed that he can upgrade the Milan, many thought that he was only being considered for promotional reasons because of his American identity.
AC Milan is owned by RedBird Capital Partners that is a private investment firm situated in New York (USA).
