As Team India registered a comprehensive victory against Zimbabwe in the 2nd T20I, Abhishek Sharma starred for the Men in Blue with a maiden T20I century on the day which came from the borrowed bat of his teammate Shubman Gill. His 47-ball 100 left the Zimbabwe bowlers gasping for air with the youngster hitting 7 boundaries and 8 sixes in the process.
However, with Yashasvi Jaiswal coming into the squad for the 3rd T20I on 10th July, Shubman Gill will have a major selection dilemma onto his hands in order to decide the playing XI for the tie. Jaiswal was also a part of the travelling reserves for the T20 World Cup but didn't feature in any game for the T20 World Champions.
