The Royal Challengers Bengaluru have made it to the finals of the Indian Premier League 2025 edition for the fourth time. Though Virat Kohli is the team’s highest run-getter, each player’s contribution has been significant. This can be advocated by the fact that in nine matches, the RCB players have been awarded to nine different players in every game. – Krunal Pandya, Rajat Patidar, Phil Salt, Tim David, Virat Kohli, Josh Hazlewood, Romario Shephard, Jitesh Sharma and Suyash Sharma in the qualifier 1 against the Punjab Kings were awarded the players of the match award for his remarkable spell of 3/17.

“My coaches gave me just one role, which is to hit the stumps whether I bowl legbreak, googly, flipper or any other variation. It (googly) is my stock ball and also I got a bit of help from the wicket as well. Not quite now (whether he will be celebrating tonight), I will celebrate on 3rd (June) and very hard as well.” Suyash Sharma said.

RCB Into The Finals
RCB overcame Punjab Kings (PBKS) in Qualifier 1 and are now through to the final of IPL 2025. RCB played well all around, with Hazlewood, Sharma and Dayal stopping the rest of the PBKS batters. In the second innings, Phil Salt made 56 runs with only 27 deliveries, helping RCB to an emphatic eight-wicket win with 60 balls still to play. As a result of winning strongly against Punjab Kings, Royal Challengers Bengaluru have secured their place in the IPL Final to take place at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on June 3.
Mumbai Indins and Gujarat Titans will take on each other today at Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium, Mullanpur, New Chandigarh. The losing team will be eliminated from the contest and the winner will face the Punjab Kings in the 2nd qualifier which is scheduled on Sunday, June 1. That contest will decide who will go against the RCB in the finals to lift the cup.
