Roman Reigns has a black-and-white relationship with CM Punk in WWE. They have both joined forces and fought each other numerous times over the past few months. They both were recently betrayed by Paul Heyman at WrestleMania 41. And yet, fans did not see the two becoming friends following this betrayal. However, their projects which are working outside the Stamford-based promotions, tell a different story altogether.
Star-Studded Cast Announced As Zootopia 2 Gears Up For Release
It was recently announced that Roman Reigns and CM Punk joined the cast of Zootopia 2 as Zebra Buddy Cops, which had The Rock in the lineup, too, who plays an accident-prone dik-dik or antelope. The animated sequel will release on November 26 in the United States of America, but it already premiered on November 13 wherein The Second City Saint was present to talk about his collaboration with The Tribal Chief.

CM Punk Opens Up About Voicing His Zebra Cop Character In Zootopia 2
“I’m Zebro Zobrowski, he’s Zebro Zabraxton. So I’m not sure if we’re related or we’re just zebras, but we’re both cops. It’s so odd. It’s odd to play a cop, it’s odd to play a zebra. But it was just so fun, voicing this character, so I’m excited to see it on the big screen.”

However, Zootopia is not the only project both stars were working on. The current World Heavyweight Champion is scheduled to star as a sergeant in an independent horror movie called Night Patrol which is to be released on January 16, 2026. As for the former undisputed Champion, he has been working on a live-action movie of Street Fighter, where he starred as Akuma. That movie is scheduled to be released on October 16, 2026.
