WWE: WrestleMania 41 was not kind to Roman Reigns. He lost to CM Punk and Seth Rollins, and Paul Heyman double-crossed Reigns and Punk. On the first Raw episode following WrestleMania, Rollins partnered with Bron Breakker and absolutely destroyed Reigns. Reigns has not been seen on WWE TV ever since, and fans are waiting with bated breath for him to come back. With a couple of big premium live events looming on the horizon, there’s a pretty solid chance Roman might surprise us with a return before SummerSlam 2025. Let’s talk about three ways he might come back and stun the WWE universe.
Roman Reigns Could Return at WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event
The following Saturday Night’s Main Event is on May 24, and WWE is going all out to make it a big event. The event will include a bout between Sami Zayn and CM Punk versus Bron Breakker and Seth Rollins, which will be an explosive affair.
Since Rollins and Breakker have teamed up before to decimate Reigns, it’s possible that Reigns is scheming his payback. A shocking return here would have Roman attack Rollins and Breakker, and then Punk and Zayn can get the win. This would be an ideal way for Reigns to stage his TV comeback.
Roman Reigns Could Be Part of WWE Money in the Bank 2025
Money in the Bank 2025 takes place on June 7, and the high-tension event has the fans excited, particularly the Men’s and Women’s Money in the Bank Ladder Matches. Roman is a strong chance to make a shock return for the men’s ladder match and shock the WWE Universe.
This might be a Triple H strategic booking, having Roman return in a manner that nobody anticipates. If Reigns comes in and wins the Money in the Bank case, it would be one of the greatest achievements of his career and a milestone. WWE should certainly provide him with this monumental chance.
Roman Reigns Could Return for Night of Champions
Night of Champions will be happening on June 28 in Saudi Arabia, and WWE never holds back the big names for events in the Middle East. Reigns has had some big matches in Saudi Arabia in the past, and it’s likely that he will make his comeback for this show.
Roman may appear on Raw or SmackDown in the run-up to Night of Champions to make a big match announcement. WWE is a company that has no hesitation in relying on star power in Saudi Arabia, and bringing back Reigns for this show would be a huge attraction. Reigns actually participated in a Six-Man Tag Team match at last year’s Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia.
