The Indian cricket team has already arrived in the USA, and they will kick off their campaign against Ireland on June 5. While almost all of the players have arrived for the preparations, India’s star batter Virat Kohli will also join the squad after leaving for the United States on May 30.
A highly anticipated match against Pakistan will follow on June 9 at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York. Fans from both nations are eagerly looking forward to this match, and there is a possibility that India and Pakistan might face each other twice in the tournament.

India vs Pakistan More Than Once In T20 World Cup 2024?
India and Pakistan are placed in Group A and will meet on June 9. The top two teams from each group will advance to the Super-8 stage. Group A also includes the USA, Ireland, and Canada, making it likely that India and Pakistan will move to the Super-8. In the Super-8, the teams will be split into two groups of four. The top team from Group A will join Group-1, and the second-placed team will join Group-2, separating India and Pakistan into different groups.
In the Super-8 stage, teams in Group-1 and Group-2 will play one match against each of the other three teams. The top two teams from each group will move on to the semi-finals. If India and Pakistan both win their semi-final matches, they will face each other in the final. This would not be the first time the two teams have met in a T20 World Cup final; they previously competed in the 2007 final, where India emerged victorious in a bowl-out.
