Virat Kohli Century: List Of All The Records Broken By KING KOHLI Against Pakistan In Champions Trophy

Here are the records broken by Virat Kohli in his knock of 100 runs against Pakistan in the Champions Trophy 2025.

Virat Kohli became the fastest batter to score 14,000 runs in ODI cricket, achieving the milestone in his 287th inning. He surpassed Sachin Tendulkar's previous record, who took 350 innings to reach the mark.

Kohli's half-century in the match was his sixth 50+ score in the Champions Trophy, equaling the record for most 50+ scores in the tournament alongside Shikhar Dhawan, Sourav Ganguly, and Rahul Dravid.

Kohli tied Sachin Tendulkar's record of 23 scores of 50 or more in ICC ODI tournaments, setting a new benchmark in the format.

Kohli surpassed Ricky Ponting’s career total of 27,483 international runs and became the third-highest run scorer in international cricket, with 27,503 runs.

With his century against Pakistan, Kohli extended his world record for the most centuries in ODI cricket, taking his tally to 51 centuries in the format.

Kohli became the first Indian batter to score a century against Pakistan in the Champions Trophy, surpassing Rohit Sharma’s highest score of 91 in the tournament.

Kohli became the leading run-scorer for India against Pakistan in the Champions Trophy, with 224 runs, surpassing the previous highest score by Sanath Jayasuriya (189).

Kohli is the only player to score a century against Pakistan in both the Champions Trophy and the ODI World Cup.

Kohli extended his tally to 433 runs in nine ICC ODI tournament matches against Pakistan, the most by any batter, surpassing Rohit Sharma's record of 370 runs.

By taking his 157th catch in ODIs, Kohli became India's most successful fielder, surpassing Mohammad Azharuddin's previous record of 156 catches in 334 ODIs.

Kohli won his fifth Player of the Match award against Pakistan in ICC tournaments, setting a record for the most POTM awards against a single opponent.
