Champions Trophy: India’s Probable Playing XI For Semi-Final Against Australia

Even though the official playing XI is still not out, India was in incredible form against New Zealand and the team is likely to continue with the same lineup against their rival Australia. So here is the list of India's probable playing XI line up against Australia for the Champions Trophy semi-finals.

Rohit Sharma: Rohit is an Indian cricketer and the captain of national cricket team in Test and ODI formats. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest opening batters of all time. He is also known as one of the greatest six hitters in cricket history.

Shubman Gill: Gill is an Indian international cricketer who represents the national team across all three formats of the game and is the current vice-captain of the ODI team. He captains Gujarat Titans in the Indian Premier League and plays for Punjab in domestic cricket.

Virat Kohli: King Kohli is an Indian international cricketer who plays Test and ODI cricket for the national team and is a former captain in all formats. He is a right-handed batsman and an occasional right arm medium pace bowler. He is called the king and the chase master for his playing style, skill and records.

Shreyas Iyer: Iyer is an Indian international cricketer who plays for the India as a right-handed middle-order batter. He also plays for Mumbai in domestic cricket and captains the Punjab Kings in the Indian Premier League.

Axar Patel: Axar is an Indian international cricketer who plays for the Indian cricket team in all formats of the game as a All-rounder. He also plays for Gujarat in domestic cricket and for the Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League.

KL Rahul: Rahul is an Indian international cricketer who plays for the Indian national team and will play for Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League 2025. A right-handed wicket-keeper batter, he plays for Karnataka in domestic cricket.

Hardik Pandya: Pandya is an Indian international cricketer who plays for the Indian cricket team. He is an all-rounder who is a right-handed middle order batsman and fast-medium bowler. He is considered one of the best all-rounders in the world in white-ball cricket. Pandya has represented India in all 3 formats.

Ravindra Jadeja: Jadeja is an Indian international cricketer who represents the Indian national cricket team in ODI and Test formats. He is an all-rounder, who bats left-handed and bowls left-arm orthodox spin.

Mohammed Shami: Shami is an Indian international cricketer who plays as a right-arm fast-bowler, for the India national cricket team and for the Bengal in domestic cricket and for the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League. He also plays for Mohun Bagan in domestic competitions of West Bengal.

Kuldeep Yadav: Yadav is an Indian international cricketer. A left-arm unorthodox spinner, he plays for Uttar Pradesh in domestic cricket and Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League. He was an integral member of the Indian team that won the 2024 ICC T20 World Cup.

Varun Chakravarthy: Varun is an Indian international cricketer who plays for Tamil Nadu in domestic cricket and Kolkata Knight Riders in the Indian Premier League as a leg spin bowler.
