Rajendra Meghwar has become the matter of discussion by becoming the first Hindu officer to join the Pakistan Police Service. He is from Sindh in Pakistan. This is for the first time that a Hindu officer has been appointed to such a position since the inception of the Punjab Police. Rajendra Meghwar assumed his duties as the ASP in Faisalabad’s Gulberg area on Friday, December 6.
According to Assistant Supredentant of Police Rajendra Meghwar, working in the force will give him opportunity to contribute to his community, as per reports by Pakistan Today.
He further mentioned that, being in the police force, allows to solve people’s problem, something that can not be done easily in other departments.

Rajendra Meghwas is a Hindu officer in Pakistan whose perseverance has paid off. He achieved success by passing the Civil Services Examination. Despite being from a minority community, he successfully achieved his dream.
His journey to becoming an officer was filled with many hurdles. Rajendra hails from Badin, a rural area in Pakistan’s Sindh, as per media reports. He overcome these hurdles with his dedication and hard work, as per media reports.
