Pari’s Family
Pari’s upbringing was shaped by the high standards set by her parents—her mother, a dedicated police officer in the GRP, and her father, an advocate. She has mentioned that her mother’s significant work inspired her interest in civil services. Pari completed her schooling at St. Mary’s Convent School in Ajmer and later moved to Delhi for higher studies. She graduated from Indraprastha College for Women, University of Delhi, and subsequently earned a postgraduate degree in political science from MDS University in Ajmer.

Her desire to become an IAS officer began at a young age during her school years. After completing her education, Pari made tough decisions to help herself concentrate on her preparation without distractions. This included deleting her social media accounts and limiting phone usage. In 2019, at the age of 23, she cleared the UPSC exam on her third attempt, securing an impressive All-India Rank of 30.
Her journey toward becoming an IAS officer started from the very instant she completed her academics. Pari took a life-changing decision; she decided to go into the preparation without any distractions. This included removing her social media accounts. Her mother stated this in an interview. She also did not use her phone while studying for the UPSC exam to become an IAS officer. Various reports claim that her mother has compared her life during her UPSC preparations to that of a monk. All this dedication and discipline were driven by her determination to succeed in a professional career.
Pari’s Personal Life
Pari recently made headlines for her marriage to Bhavya Bishnoi, the youngest MLA from Adampur in Haryana. Bhavya is the son of BJP leader Kuldeep Bishnoi and comes from a prominent political family, with his grandfather being Bhajan Lal, the former Chief Minister of Haryana. Bhavya is considered a rising star in politics.
