A recent example is the sale of a luxurious bungalow in one of the prime locations in Delhi for Rs 150 crore. The Lutyens Zone is renowned for its luxurious properties including bungalows worth Rs 500 crores.
The 150-crore bungalow is acquired by DLF’s Siddhant Real Estate, as per reports. The property was purchased from Rangoli Resorts. According to documents obtained from real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, Siddhant Real Estate paid about Rs 10.5 crore as stamp duty for the luxurious bungalow. The deal took place in October 2024 and the bungalow spans an area of 1839 square meters.
