Tim Cook revealed details about his early career and said he delivered newspapers at the age of 11. After that, he worked at a fast-food company Tastee-Freez where he made burgers at 14. These experiences taught him the essence of diligence, making him realize the value of hard work – a philosophy that has been his guiding light in the corporate world.

Tim grew up in Robertsdale, a small town in Alabama. His family was his first inspiration, he said. He attributes much of his work ethic to the teachings of his parents. The lessons he learned continue to resonate deeply within him.

Despite his modest beginnings, Cook was a determined learner. He pursued industrial engineering at Auburn University. After completing his graduation, he worked with tech giant IBM. However, the defining moment of his career came in 1998 when Steve Jobs, the visionary co-founder of Apple asked him to join his company. He later rose to the ranking of Senior Vice President of Worldwide Operations.
On October 5, 2011, after Steve Jobs passed away, Cook took the helm as Apple’s CEO. Under his steady leadership, Apple not only thrived but reached unprecedented heights, solidifying its place as a titan in the global tech industry.

Tim also shared about his daily life saying, he begins his day before 5 am. He use this time to focus on his priorities and important works.
Tim expressed that he looks forward to retirement, but intends to be on active mode. For Cook, stepping away from the everyday hustle doesn’t mean coming to a standstill. “I can’t see myself slowing down,” he added.
