New Delhi, Nov 29: Ivanka Trump, advisor to and daughter of US President Donald Trump today spoke on vital topics related to women issues. She was addressing the 8th annual Global Entrepreneurship Summit on Wednesday. She is taking part in a session on women in workplace along with Ivanka Trump, US President Donald Trump's daughter and advisor, is addressing the 8th annual Global Entrepreneurship Summit on Wednesday. She is taking part in a session on women in workplace along with ICICI Bank chief executive officer (CEO) and managing director (MD) Chanda Kochhar and Cherie Blair , ICICI Bank  CEO and MD Chanda Kochhar.
Taking the iscussion forward Cherie Blair said, "Women need the 3C’s- Confidence, Capabilities and access to Capital.Also men must understand that women are their equals."
"One thing I'd like to throw out there is that these aren't women's issues, we are half the population so we need to start thinking about them as critical issues," said Ivanka Trump. 
It was said emphatically that key to success for women is self confidence. Women need access to equal education and men need to take an initiative to end this bias and gender gap.

Giving stress on family support Ivanka Trump said that education is the first step to growth and technology certainly helps build gap gender. Technology offers tremendous opportunity to women and women entrepreneurs.
The discussion ended with some vital questions, some food for thought-why it is easier for men to get loan even today. Men themselves have to come forward to erase this bias.
