Berasia/Bhopal: In yet another attack on Congress, UP CM Yogi Adityanath may have gone too far. Accusing the party of just interested in minority votes, Yogi said "You keep Ali, we are happy with Bajrangbali". Yogi was reacting to alleged comments by Congress leader that the party just needs Muslim votes.Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanath on Saturday accused Congress of seeking minority votes alone.At a public meet in Berasia, the only SC seat in Bhopal district, Adityanath said, “Kamal Nath says, ‘We don’t want SC-ST votes, we want only Muslim votes.’ Congress stooped to such shamelessness. Kamal Nathji aap ko yeh Ali mubarak, hamare liye Bajrangbali paryaapt honge (you hold on to Ali, we have our Bajrangbali).”The comment came a day before a massive show of strength of Hindutva forces VHP-RSS in Ayodhya to force the construction of a Ram temple.Adityanath claimed Congress is toying with the country for political mileage. “They call Naxals revolutionaries… Congress promoted terrorism and sabotages national security,” he alleged.He said erstwhile Congress governments had “encouraged rampant corruption”. He said while Congress governments provided kutcha houses, “Modi government is giving pucca houses for the poor. The Modi government has constructed thousands of toilets across the country to ensure a life of dignity to women.”News24 Bureau/PTI
