New Delhi: PM Narendra Modi is workaholic. He works for more than 18 hours, sleeps for less than 4 hours and has 1000 times more responsibilties than us. In such a scenario doesn't he get stressed out?


To save time he sleeps during flight, so that he doesn't waste time sleeping in hotels. What drives him or where does he get the stamina or drive to work without stress, you must be wondering.

Well, the answer has come from the man himself.This is what PM said when a citizen tagged him on her "work stress". " How can working for 125 crore Indians be stressful? It is very satisfying," was PM's response.

The citizen then listed PM's hectic schedule for the day with this comment-"While we are busy cribbing about our work stress, just have a look our PM @narendramodi 's schedule which is just another day for him!"

In 2012, PM Modi had accepted that he has become a "workaholic". "Doctors tell me I need to sleep for 5 hours but I sleep for maximum 3-4 hours. Yet, I get a very sound sleep," Modi had said. He added, " I am equally energetic from morning till night. I guess the secret behind it is Yoga and Pranayama, which I do daily. Whenever I feel tired, I just practice deep breathing and that refreshes me again."

As PM too he continues to follow the same schedule, just that he has added tons of responsibilities. We surely envy you Mr PM!
