Vivek's tweet on exit polls lands him in trouble...Maharashtra State Commission for Woman to take action

New Delhi, May 20: This may be a foot-in-mouth moment for Vivek Oberoi whose biopic on PM Narendra Modi is all set to release. This was a long-cherished dream of Vivek Oberoi who has played the role of PM Modi in the movie.

But this happiness may not be long-lived because he has taken a faux pas.

It all started when Vivek Oberoi shared a picture on social media where Vivek is seen drawing a sly comparison between the exit poll result and Aishwarya Rai's personal life.

He puts the first picture where Aishwarya is seen with Salman Khan and Oberoi has captioned it as (Opinion Poll).

Next picture shows Aishwarya with Vivek Oberoi which he has captioned as (Exit Poll) and the third picture shows Aishwarya with husband Abhishek and daughter Aradhya which he has captioned as (End Result).

Netizens took notice of the image as soon as it surfaced online and flooded Vivek's feed with comments that put him in a negative light.

In the latest development, the Maharashtra State Commission for Women will be reportedly taking action against Vivek Oberoi on his objectionable tweet. More details are awaited on the same.

News agency ANI has also confirmed this in a tweet, "Maharashtra Women Commission: Maharashtra State Commission for Woman mulling to take action against actor Vivek Oberoi on his objectionable tweet (on exit polls)."
