New Delhi, May 20: Today is the last date for applying for the 323 posts of the Central Armed Police Force (Assistant Commandant), organized by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). Candidates who have not yet applied, can apply by visiting UPSC official website upsconline.nic.in.
Candidates will be recruited in 323 posts through this examination. Appointment of selected candidates will be done in different parts of the country. In it, 100 for BSF, 108 for CRPF, 28 for CISF, 21 for ITBP, 66 for SSB reserved for reserved seats. All the candidates will be given appointment in different departments after the selection process.
Candidates must be graduated from any recognized university for an appointment to these posts.
For applying to these posts, candidates should have a minimum age of 20 years and a maximum of 25 years.
Candidates of General and OBC class have to deposit 200 rupees as application fee in order to apply, whereas candidates of SC / ST category do not have to make any payment. Fees can be paid through debit / credit card and net-banking.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of written examination and SSB test / interview.
