New Delhi, Dec 5: There is a good news for gadget lovers as Oppo has launched two smartphones in India namely Oppo R17 Pro and the R17. The Oppo R17 Pro made its debut in China in August this year. Its camera performance is believed to be its biggest highlight including some other features. The smartphone also comes as a successor to Oppo R15 Pro and has a new design with more powerful specifications.Oppo R17 Pro, R17 price and availabilityThe R17 Pro, as teased by the company on social media, has been up for preorders since December 1 and will finally be going on sale starting December 7.You can buy it fot Rs 45,990 and the smartphone will be made available via Amazon, Flipkart, and other leading retailers. The R17 is priced at Rs 34,990.Oppo R17 Pro specificationsAccording to a report in NDTV's Gadgets Now, As for the specifications, the dual-SIM support Oppo R17 Pro runs Android 8.1 Oreo-based ColourOS 5.2 out of the box. It has a 6.4-inch FHD+ display with a ‘waterdrop’ notch on top, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 91.5% screen-to-body ratio and Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection. There is an on-screen fingerprint sensor as well.It is also the first smartphone in India to come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor. The SoC is complemented with 8GB RAM and 128GB inbuilt storage (UFS 2.1). On the camera front, the smartphone boasts of triple rear camera setup that includes 2MP+20MP+Time of Flight (ToF) sensors along with variable aperture ranging from f/1.5 to f/2.4, OIS, AI screen recognition and more. At the front, there is a 25MP Sony IMX 576 sensor with f/2 aperture and AI Custom Beauty.Backed by a 3700mAh battery, the smartphone support SuperVOOC fast charging tech as well.
