Tamil Nadu COVID-19 update: 750 new coronavirus cases, 13 deaths registered on Monday
Not a single coronavirus case was reported from Perambalur, Ranipet and Thirupathur.

Chennai: Tamil Nadu reported 750 new COVID-19 cases and 13 deaths on Monday. As many as
843 patients have recovered from coronavirus in the state today.
With 125 new infections Coimbatore registered maximum coronavirus cases in the state, followed by Chennai with 110 cases.
Not a single coronavirus case was reported from Perambalur, Ranipet and Thirupathur.
With the new cases, Tamil Nadu's cumulative COVID-19 infections have climbed to 27,21,021 and deaths due to virus have increased to 36,388, state government health bulletin stated.
So far, total of 26,76,017 patients have recovered from COVID-19 in Tamil Nadu.
There are 8,616 active COVID-19 cases in Chennai.
Earlier on Monday, actor-turned-politician Kamal Haasan said that he has tested positive for COVID-19.

Haasan is admitted in Chennai's Shri Ramchandra Medical Centre and is in isolation. Doctors treating him said his condition was stable.
