New Delhi (Anish Yande): The 12th anniversary of the 26/11 Terror attacks shall be observed on Thursday. There would be several events that would be held across the country. Events to Pay Respects to Martyrs of 26/11 Mumbai Terror Attacks:
The Mumbai city police would be organizing an event to pay their respects to those who lost their lives in the terror attack. The ceremony is scheduled to be held at the new memorial dedicated to the martyrs. The memorial is located at the police headquarters in South Mumbai.
Several eminent personalities such as the Governor of Maharashtra, Bhagat Singh Koshyari, DGP Subodh Kumar Jaiswal, Param Bir Singh, the Mumbai police commissioner, and Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray shall be present at the event.
The new memorial built at the Mumbai Police Headquarters would also be a museum and a viewing gallery. The memorial was in the making for more than a year. The Martyrs Gallery would have cabinets with stories of 797 martyred police personnel.
The family members of the martyred policemen would be attending the memorial service.

The film starred Dev Patel and Anupam Kher in leading roles alongwith British actor Jason Issacs.
