Three Super fruits for infants!

The reason for certain foods being called superfoods is because they are filled with nutrients. Also, the first foods that you give your infant must be quick to digest and unlikely to provoke an allergic reaction. Fruits are the best food groups to begin with, wile all fruits contain key nutrients, you shouldn't feed your baby just any fruit to begin with.

Here are three of them that you can begin with:

Apple puree is very easy to digest, so it makes great super food.  Pectin, the soluble fiber in apples, also helps combat against constipation.

Apricots are a good source of beta-carotene and also contain fiber. They're also a good source of iron and potassium.

Bananas are full of  sugars, which provide sustained energy. They make perfect portable superfood also, as they are quick to unwarp/unpackage. They are also good for curing diarrhea and constipation.
