Here are some of the exercises that will give tough competition to these desirable celebrities specially when it comes to butt shaping:

Pop-it Squats

For this exercise, you have to use comparatively light weight dumbbells. Hold the dumbbells and go down into a squat position. Your back should be flat and straight. Bring your knees outwards in such a way that your glutes are holding your legs open. Stay low and do small pulses. During this time, do not let your knees cave in.

Squat Jacks

Squat jacks can improve hip mobility and cardiovascular endurance. Stand with your feet close together and push your hips back to achieve a half-squat position. During this time your hands should clasp behind your head. Now, jump your feet and maintain the squat position while doing it. Then jump your feet back to the starting position. Go for 20-30 reps.

Alien Squats

Position your legs widely. Your knees should be bent and toes should be slightly pointed out. Rest your hands on your hips, back straight and the neck in neutral position. The next step is to descend into a half squat by pushing your hips back. Now, pushing through your heels, jump straight up, kicking each leg outward at a 45 degree angle and then come back in the starting position. Go for 10-20 reps.
