Ahmedabad: Rishabh Pant knocked a brilliant century (101 off 118 balls) and brought India from a dangerous situation on the second day of the fourth and final Test against England on Friday.
India lost two more wickets in the middle session to reach 153 for six in their first innings at tea.
Meanwhile, Cheteshwar Pujara and Ajinkya Rahane were dismissed before Lunch, by Leach and James Anderson respectively. Stokes also took the crucial wicket of Virat Kohli before Lunch.
Earlier, England had bowled out for 205 in their first innings. India are leading the series 2-1 and require just a draw or win to qualify for the World Test Championship final against New Zealand to be held in June.
